- Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors / suppliers.
- Keep records of purchases, prices, and other important data.
- Review and analyze all vendors / suppliers, supply and selection prices.
- Ensure high quality products and supplies.
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery time, and future expansion potential.
- Request and review supplier quotations from a commercial point of view.
- Accelerate and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with project manager to set & maintain budget.
- Investigation and evaluation of potential new suppliers, who recommend those most needed by senior management.
- Consult with partners for the restoration of defective products during the warranty period.
