- Plan, monitor and keep daily report at project site to the successful completion of project according to the quality standard and on time delivery
- Independently supervise, ensure smooth operations and push for work progress
- Calculate cost, time and labour requirements for the project. Ensure all works for the construction site are carried out cost effectively
- Able to liaise efficiently with customer, sub-contractors, third parties etc.
- Reporting to upper management on the implementation of project and discuss of all problems encountered at site
- Follow accordingly any instructions by Managing Director and Superior
